Pontoon Parameters & Performance
1、Made of high-toughness HMWHDPE with added antistatic agent, antioxidant, UV stabilizer and other additives. It features excellent weather resistance and UV resistance, with a service life of over 20 years under normal use. Almost no maintenance cost is required except under extreme natural forces and improper manual use.
2、Anti-slip patterned surface ensures safety and stability. Reinforced rounded corner design avoids common hazards of cement and wooden facilities such as slipping, splinter and nail injury.
3、Temperature resistance: Cold resistance down to -60℃ (no vehicles or heavy loads allowed on the platform when the water surface freezes); heat resistance up to 110℃ without deformation.
4、Superior weather resistance: UV-proof, frost-resistant, resistant to seawater, chemicals and oil erosion.
Eco-friendly and pollution-free, recyclable, no obstruction to water flow and no damage to the surrounding environment; easy to disassemble and assemble as required.
5、Support matching accessories such as bollards, fenders and guardrails for docking of various vessels. The floating platform rises and falls automatically with water level changes, ensuring safe, comfortable and aesthetic boarding and landing.

Principle and Characteristics:
1、The tension resistance of pontoon lugs ranges from 1.6 tons to 1.8 tons, tested for 30 minutes on diagonal lugs of the pontoon.
2、Resistant to acid and alkali within a common pH range of 3 to 9, and capable of withstanding solar UV radiation.
3、Made of environmentally friendly materials with no release of toxic chemicals such as dioxins.
4、Boasts a service life of more than 20 years under normal use without severe external piercing or cutting damage.
